how could i have made it this far and then suddenly become so flaky when it comes to finishing up this build blog? work in the new studios has certainly taken over and we are also prepping for our grand opening party, so it’s hard to find a free minute.

Soon after we got things up and running we had a problem with the plumbing so we had to remove the toilet and have a guy come out and make things happy again.

The couch for the lounge arrived in June but sat in my garage for months before we finally took it out of the box in the new space only to discover that the arms had been damaged in transit and were broken in the middle. The Daking console gave us fits for weeks. We kept having the strangest problems and the deeper we dove to try and fix them the more confusing things became. I’m sure I must have completely torn the thing apart at least 4 or 5 times by the time we figured out what was really going on, which was simply a mislabeled panel leading to wiring things backward in the master section.

Now that it is up and running it’s hard to remember just how stressful this was, but we were running sessions and having to basically work AROUND the console until we finally solved the problem.
